THE “new normal” at today’s polling day for the Chini state by-election seems to makes it easier for voters to exercise their right as responsible citizens. Mohd Ali Ismail Ideris, 32, a person with disability, who cast his vote at Felda Chini 3, said he hoped some of the changes that have been implemented in this by-election will be maintained in future elections as they are useful for people like him.
