On the tour, Cox paused at what he considers the home’s highlight: a third-story office space flooded with natural light that spills onto a sun deck, where a giant swath of shoreline greets the eyes. Christopher Cox, an auction representative from Sotheby's Concierge Auctions, points out one of the many hidden spaces at 2743 Rodman Drive in Los Osos, Calif.“I’ll never get tired of this view,” Cox said. “This house has everything. But do you know the one thing it doesn’t have? Televisions.”
