Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT In Slotherhouse, senior Emily Young is hoping to become president of her sorority, Sigma Lambda Theta. In order to gain political clout, she uses a sloth that she found to win the hearts of her sisters, just as the adorable animal won hers. However, things take a turn when bodies begin piling up in the house, and the only suspect seems to be the new house mascot, the sloth Alpha.
In the same vein as M3GAN, Cocaine Bear, and the Chucky series, Slotherhouse taps into ridiculous comedy, nail-biting horror, and edge-of-your-seat tension. Slotherhouse was in theaters for only one night on August 30th. The movie will be available on video on demand on September 19, and audiences can check out an exclusive clip below:

She nervously makes her way over and throws it open, only to see the tub empty before turning on the water. Still unnerved, she calls out, thinking someone is messing with her, but she seems to be alone. However, this proves untrue when the murderous sloth, Alpha, is in the shower waiting to attack.
Slotherhouse is directed by Bradley Fowler and written by Matthew Goodhue, based on a story by Fowler and Cady Lanigan. Slotherhouse stars Lisa Ambalavanar, Sydney Craven, Olivia Rouyre, Bianca Beckles-Rose, Andrew Horton, Sutter Nolan, Grace Patterson, Milica Vrzić, Annamaria Serda, and Rudi Rok.
