PENAMPANG: The latest property development here, Sky88 Residences@ Bundusan, which is undergoing construction, will not be affected by floods as the developer has taken several prevention measures.

The managing director of its developer, North Borneo Land Properties Sdn Bhd , G.N. Wong, reassured house buyers that they need not worry about flooding affecting Sky88, as it is unlikely to occur. He said the main reason is because the ground level at the residential park of Sky88 Residences, consisting of luxurious condominiums and penthouses, has been raised up to five feet.

“The housebuyers should not be worried about the flooding issue as the residential park project will not be flooded in the future or impacted by the natural disaster because we have taken several precautionary measures,” he said while adding that the project is scheduled to be completed in 2026. Wong together with Ewon , Chong and others ready to cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the sales gallery of Sky88 Residences@Bundusan in the event on Sunday.

He said the selling price of the project is very competitive as the developer provides high-quality workmanship in building the property units. According to him, there is tremendous interest from housebuyers in the project, as 75 per cent of the 294 units in Tower 1 have sold out, which proves there is a demand for residential and high-rise development.
