Screen Rant presents an exclusive clip from Saban Films' newest action thriller, Supercell, which stars Skeet Ulrich and Daniel Diemer:
Screen Rant is pleased to present an exclusive clip from Saban Films' Supercell, starring Skeet Ulrich and Daniel Diemer. Arriving in select theaters and on digital platforms on March 17, Supercell is directed by Herbert James Winterstern in his feature film directorial debut. Winterstern also co-wrote the screenplay with Anna Elizabeth James, telling the story of William Brody , a legendary storm chaser's son who faces off against the very natural force that killed his father.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY The storm-chasing business that once belonged to Bill Brody now belongs to reckless tour operator Zane Rogers , who uses it like his own playground. When a particularly nasty supercell hits, William leaves his mother behind and follows his father’s old partner Roy Cameron into the eye of the storm. Supercell also stars Jordan Kristine Seamón, Johnny Wactor, Praya Lundberg, and Richard Gunn.
While the clip above is a quieter and more intimate moment between the characters, the trailer for Supercell showcases just how wild the incoming storm will get. When William finds himself in the eye of the tornado, he will choose to forge ahead and chase the bear’s cage of the storm alongside Roy. The action-adventure film promises thrills and a roller coaster ride of emotions for the characters and audience alike.
Saban Films kicked off 2023 with the well-received Nicolas Cage western, The Old Way, in January. In addition to Supercell, March will also see the premiere of the Bruce Willis film Assassin, and The Siege, an action thriller starring Daniel Stisen. Supercell has a runtime of 100 minutes and is rated PG-13 for language, some peril, and smoking.Supercell arrives in select theaters, on digital, and On Demand on March 17.
