FILE — A hundred shots were fired at a residence and vehicle near Alderete Park on the West Side early Sunday morning, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Officers were called around 2 a.m. to the 100 block of Loma Park Drive, where they found the spent shell casings in the road and yard. They broadcast a suspect vehicle and found it had crashed, with people still inside. Six males aged 14 to 20 were detained, and one 18-year-old man was charged with evading in a vehicle. Police said charges of deadly conduct with a firearm are pending against all six.
