Kedua-dua hukuman berjalan dengan serentak di mana penjara 10 tahun bagi pertuduhan pertama dan penjara 12 tahun bagi pertuduhan kedua. Tambahan pula, Siti Bainun juga perlu melakukan khidmat masyarakat selama 200 jam dalam tempoh enam bulan selepas tamat hukuman penjara.
