Singapore says sorry over virus text boo-boo

SINGAPORE has apologised to more than 350 people who contracted Covid-19 for accidentally sending them a text message saying they tested positive again, said the Health Ministry. A technical glitch led to the message being sent out over the weekend, said the ministry late yesterday, adding that no confidential information was revealed.
