Singapore repurposing expo centres to house virus cases

WITH many more Covid-19 cases being detected, Singapore urgently needs a solution to house cases to prevent hospitals from getting swamped, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said today. Lee said this on Facebook alongside a news report showing a timelapse of how two halls at the Singapore Expo were being converted into a temporary isolation facility for 950 patients in just three days.
