SINGAPORE has preliminarily confirmed 611 new Covid-19 cases today, with only three cases involving Singaporeans or permanent residents, bringing the total infection number to 33,860. Singapore’s Health Ministry said in a statement that noon data showed the vast majority of new cases involved migrant workers residing in dormitories.
