Dr Mahathir Mohamad meeting Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on the sidelines of the Asean summit in Singapore on Nov 12, 2018.
The retreat is taking place in Putrajaya, where Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will meet Mahathir. It was previously deferred from November.
