Singapore court to hear Malaysian’s bid to stay execution

MALAYSIAN death row prisoner in Singapore, Kalwant Singh, 32, will have his application to stay his execution heard today, the eve of his scheduled hanging. Kalwant’s sister, Tarlochan Kaur told The Malaysian Insight the appellate court will hear him at 3pm. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
