A massive blaze which engulfed a 110-year-old heritage building in Sydney's CBD has been put out, as firefighters told residents and motorists who frequent the area there will be road closures and delays.
The 110-year-old heritage building on Randle Street, near Central Train Station, went up in flames about 4pm, starting on the third floor of the six-storey structure.

"Two of the walls are standing up aren’t pinned the way they’re supposed to be due to the collapse of the front and rear walls of the building." "Same with the walls, with a bit of wind, the walls are still quite tall, double brick so tonnes of bricks could come down," Mr Dewberry said.
