The buyers of Manly’s priciest home have been revealed as Paul and Lucy Dundon, while star builder Chris Clout sells a luxury holiday pad for $13.3 million.
Melbourne medical couple Dr Uri Hanegbi and Dr Karen McKertich have purchased Nick and Camilla Speer’s Toorak home for $14.5 million. The medico duo’s Toorak property shuffle appears to be local downsize, given they’ve virtually halved their previous 1457sq m landholding for a still respectable 718sq m block of prized Toorak turf. The deal was handled by selling agents Marshall White’s Marcus Chiminello and Forbes’ Rob Fletcher.
True to his word, Clout’s tri-level creation comes with a 16 metre wet-edge pool, six-car garage, 12x5-metre touch tennis court, two mini-golf greens and basketball ring. The lower level of Chris Clout’s recently sold Noosa-region property features a deluxe man cave with bar, gym, cinema and sauna.
