Putrajaya Kementerian Pertahanan menggesa SPRM menyiasat cadangan pengambilalihan projek AES oleh Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) yang dilaksanakan kerajaan terdahulu.

Pegawai Tugas-Tugas Khas kepada Menteri Pertahanan Rafizal Ali berkata, hasil siasatan Jawatankuasa Siasatan Tadbir Urus, Perolehan dan Kewangan Kerajaan dipengerusikan Tan Sri Ambrin Buang berhubung dengan pelaksanaan projek AES oleh kerajaan terdahulu diserahkan kepada SPRM hari ini.

“JKSTUPKK juga mendapati wujud campur tangan anggota pentadbiran kerajaan termasuk bekas Perdana Menteri dan beberapa menteri Kabinet kerajaan terdahulu yang lebih menjurus kepada kepentingan politik. “JKSTUPKK berpendapat pemilihan syarikat LTAT untuk mengambil alih AES adalah lebih kepada cubaan untuk menutup tuduhan kerajaan cuba melaksanakan bail-out ,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas membuat laporan kepada SPRM di Putrajaya, hari ini.
