WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday proposed to fine Chinese-based video doorbell manufacturer Eken nearly $735,000 for providing false information and after security concerns were raised.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Johor government’s proposal to change the public sector ’s working hours to four-and-a-half days a week will not affect civil servants’ productivity, says the Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services .
"The reduction in working hours has not affected productivity across all sectors, including the public sector, as various measures have been put in place to ensure that productivity continues to improve,” he said in a statement on Friday . On Thursday , Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi, while tabling Johor Budget 2025, said that the state government was studying a proposal to change the public sector’s working hours to four and a half days a week, following the reintroduction of weekend holidays on Saturday and Sunday starting Jan 1, 2025.
