BEVERLEY, Wash. — An aircraft crashed into high-voltage transmission lines near Beverly in Grant County Friday afternoon, according to the Grant County Sheriff's Office.
Grant County Public Utility District says the sheriff's office is reporting that the crashed aircraft is a military helicopter. Power lines are down in the Columbia River and across State Route 243, according to Grant County PUD.The cause of the crash is unknown. to stay up-to-date on news stories from across western Washington.
