Shaquille O'Neal appears to have made a big move in North Texas after his Carrollton home sold in under a month, according to the property listing. The home outside Dallas at 4012 Sahara Ct . was listed for $1,695,000, but a sale price has not been released, a Realtor.com listing from Rogers Healy and Associates shows. When the NBA Hall of Famer and former San Antonio resident purchased the property in May 2022, it was listed for almost $1,225,000, according to the site.
The 'elegant home' in The Gates of Prestonwood has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half baths, a cigar lounge, home theater, and a saltwater pool, according to the listing. It seems that O'Neal won't be missing his North Texas digs. He closed on a second home in Carrollton just last month, according to WFAA. Valued at $1.7 million, the 4,670-square-foot residence also includes a pool with a pool house and casita.
