PETALING JAYA: Pemain golf profesional negara, Shahrifuddin Ariffin menyasarkan penampilan di pentas Sukan Olimpik Los Angeles 2028 selepas melalui musim yang mencabar pada tahun lalu.
“Saya akui tahun lalu agak sukar, tetapi tahun ini saya berazam untuk bangkit. Sasaran saya adalah untuk kekal sihat, bermain lebih banyak kejohanan dan memperbaiki kedudukan ranking,” katanya. “Saya tidak mahu terlalu memberi tekanan kepada diri sendiri. Sasaran saya adalah sekurang-kurangnya menamatkan saingan dalam kelompok lima atau 10 terbaik dan Jika dapat lebih, itu bonus,” ujarnya.
“Segala-galanya bermula dengan usaha konsisten. Saya akan terus bekerja keras untuk memastikan nama Malaysia tersenarai di LA28,” tegasnya.
