Joven Mogato, CDEU head, said they received information about the suspect’s alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade, prompting them to launch the operation.He is a street-level individual, according to Mogato.Mogato said that based on their monitoring, the suspect was allegedly into the illegal activity for several months now.
