THE Cebu Landmasters-2003 kept its stranglehold of the championship in Division B after it swept the Efficascent Boost-2010 with an 82-61 win in Game 2 in the 26th Sacred Heart Ateneo Alumni Basketball Athletic Association basketball tournament finals last Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023 at the Magis Eagles Arena in Mandaue City.
With its players’ incredible firepower and savvy, 2003 proved too much to handle for their opponent, as they led from the get-go and steadily pulled away to come away with the 21-point victory.Daryle Tan paced 2003 with 26 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block, and was named as the Finals Most Valuable Player.Justin Huang added 25 points and 15 rebounds, while Moncrief Rogado had 10 points, eight boards and five dimes.
