A Singaporean woman is claiming that a car wash manager in Larkin, Johor Bahru, had intimidated her, overcharged her and provided her with sub-par service
after their staff had failed to vacuum the interior of her car.
“I asked why I was still being charged RM12 when the vacuuming was not done, and the staff said that the price remained the same,” she explained.
