PETALING JAYA: Several roadblocks in the district will be lifted starting Monday (May 4).

In a statement on Sunday , Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal said that nine road blocks would be closed.

Of those listed, five were based close to toll gates: the NPE PJS2, Subang, Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara and Damansara tolls. The remaining roadblocks that will be lifted are located along the Federal Highway , Persiaran Surian and Royal Chulan. "However, the roadblocks along Persiaran Mahogani in Section 9, Persiaran Jati and Persiaran Sungai Buloh are still operational," he said."The public is advised to continue obeying the movement control order .

"We would also like to thank road users, especially those in Petaling Jaya for their patience and perseverance going through road blocks since phase one of the MCO," he said.
