THE seven-point cross-party framework announced during Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin’s special address yesterday does not refer to the formation of a new government, Communications and Multimedia Minister Saifuddin Abdullah said. Instead it was for the Perikatan Nasional government to obtain support from some opposition Members of Parliament to resolve certain issues.
