NSTnation Seven couples held in anti-khalwat swoop in Kota Baru
They were detained on Thursday and Friday nights in an operation called ‘Ops Maksiat’ carried out in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration.

"During the operations, we arrested seven couples for committing khalwat at several locations here," he said. In the same operations, Mohd Fadzuli said four women were also slapped with summonses for wearing"sexy and tight clothing in public".Related stories
