Otai Reformasi hits out at 'odd' statements by the prime minister over the succession plan.
KUALA LUMPUR: Otai Reformasi has urged Dr Mahathir Mohamad to set a date on when he intends to hand over the reins of power to Anwar Ibrahim, as they alleged the prime minister did not honour the Pakatan Harapan manifesto.
“Mahathir says one thing at one place and another at a different place. It’s very odd,” its chairman, Dr Idris Ahmad, said at a press conference. Under a deal struck by the PH leadership, Anwar will succeed Mahathir as prime minister in two years’ time.
