Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has set Dec. 17 as the date for early parliamentary election, which will be the third vote in the Balkan country in nearly four years

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday set Dec. 17 as the date for early parliamentary election, which will be the third vote in the Balkan country in nearly four years.
