Forecasters say Labor Day weekend will get off to a warm start, followed by intense heat and high humidity.
. So it’s possible some parts of New Jersey could see their longest heat wave — or one of their longest ones — of the entire year.
Atlantic City’s record high for Sept. 4 is 96 degrees, set in 2018, and its record high for Sept. 5 is 93 degrees, set in 1985.
