PETALING JAYA: National mixed doubles pair Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai Jemie can expect a tough time in emulating last year’s impressive semi-final run at the All-England.

The pair’s participation was initially in doubt due to Seung-jae’s suspension from the Korean national team. Last month, Seung-jae was slapped with an 11-month ban until Dec 31 for signing contracts with two professional teams simultaneously. According to reports in the Korean media, the BKA made the decision in view of Yu-jung and Sol-gyu being the “innocent parties” in the matter.
