The defence lawyer of two men accused of killing Senzo Meyiwa said they confessed to the crime under duress and want the trial to be postponed to consult.

A trial-within-a-trial will be held to determine whether the two men's confessions are admissible in courtSenzo Meyiwa and the men accused of his murder at the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.
