Senator Sunday Karimi, representing Kogi West in the Senate, has cautioned the Chief Whip of the Senate, Ali Ndume
to refrain from making derogatory statements against the President Bola Tinubu government.Karimi in a statement issued on Saturday, expressed concern over Ndume’s behavior he likened it to that of a loose cannon and emphasized the need for constructive dialogue and criticism in governance.
He pointed out the inconsistency in Senator Ndume’s approach, noting that he had been notably silent during the previous administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari from the North.Karimi emphasized that many of Ndume’s allegations lack substantiated evidence and are driven by a “pull-down syndrome” rather than a genuine commitment to improving governance.
