A Senate resolution has been filed to honor the legacy of ex-Armed Forces chief and former Senator Rodolfo Biazon who died earlier this week due to pneumonia.
“His memory will live on in the hearts and minds of the Filipino people, whom he has inspired with his spirit, drive and determination as a true Filipino,” it added. When he was elected as senator after his stint in the military, Biazon led the Senate committee on national defense and security as well as the committee on urban planning, housing, and resettlement.
