Sen. Tulfo visits LTO amid 'corruption' complaints

SEN. Rafael 'Raffy' Tulfo made an ocular visit to the Land Transportation Office in Diliman, Quezon City to confirm complaints received by his RTIA Action Center about rampant corruption in the agency that amasses billions of pesos from collections yearly.
