SELAYANG: 'Insp Sheila' has been discharged and acquitted by a magistrate's court of a charge of insulting the modesty of a lawyer last year.

The charge was filed under Section 509 of the Penal Code, which provides for a maximum sentence of five years' imprisonment or a fine or both.However, Sheila still faces two other cases, including threatening a woman, M Silverkoomarie, 70, with the intent to cause fear at noon on the same date and location.
