SHAH ALAM: Selangor MCA has suggested the price of affordable homes under the Selangor state government programme be reduced by 50% if Barisan Nasional wins the state in the next general election.
MCA Selangor chief Ng Chok Sin said if Barisan comes to power in Selangor, the price of affordable housing should be slashed from RM250,000 per unit currently to RM125,000, in order to aid the rakyat.
"There will be a one-stop centre consisting of all relevant government agencies to benefit entrepreneurs, in a bid to make Selangor the biggest entrepreneurial hub in the nation," said Ng during his speech at the closing ceremony of the Selangor Barisan Convention 2022 at the Setia City Convention Centre here on Sunday .
This was proven in Barisan's victory in various by-elections as well as the Melaka and Johor state elections most recently, said Ng.
