“Ini kali pertama dibawa ke resolusi dan pindaan perlembagaan. Sebelum ini, hanya perbincangan di peringkat Majlis Tertinggi dan peringkat pengurusan sahaja. Menurut Noraini, jawatan yang hendak diwujudkan itu bukan berasingan dengan timbalan presiden, cuma bagi membolehkan ketua Wanita memainkan peranan sebagai presiden atau timbalan presiden sewaktu mereka tidak dapat menjalankan tugas masing-masing atas sebab tertentu.

Beliau menambah “tidak mustahil” untuk wanita menjadi presiden parti suatu hari nanti, tetapi bergantung kepada penerimaan perwakilan dan ahli.
