A security guard has been sentenced to 1 month in jail by the Seremban Magistrate’s Court today , on the charge of riding a bicycle recklessly, which led to a fatal accident in March of last year.
According to the facts of the case, initial investigations at the scene found that the accident occurred when the security guard was riding his bicycle from Ampangan to Senawang. Upon arriving at the scene, the cyclist turned into the right intersection and suddenly, a Yamaha 135LC motorcyclist came from the opposite direction and hit him in the middle of the road.
