A security firm is causing chaos at an Armanee Terrace Condominium by refusing to leave the premises after its services were terminated.

A dispute has arisen between the joint management committee (JMC) of a condominium and a security firm, which is refusing to vacate the premises even after its services have been terminated. The firm has continued to station its guards at the location despite the JMC hiring another company to take over security duties. This prompted members of the Armanee Terrace Condominium’s JMC to lodge a police report at the Damansara police station on Monday (Jan 6).

JMC chairman Parveen Sindhu told reporters after filing the report that Ramli Security Sdn Bhd was causing chaos on the premises. 'We already have a new security company working, so there are now two sets of guards from two different companies. Ramli Security’s guards are interfering with the new security company’s work as they are still occupying the guardhouse,' Sindhu alleged. Sindhu claimed that residents had lodged multiple police reports since Dec 24, but no action had been taken by the authorities. She added that, as property unit owners, the residents had the right to decide who was allowed on the premises. She explained that the contract with the security company was on a month-to-month basis and the JMC decided not to renew it due to dissatisfaction with the services

Elon Musk and SpaceX Face Federal Investigations Over Security Protocol ViolationsElon Musk and SpaceX Face Federal Investigations Over Security Protocol ViolationsBillionaire Elon Musk and his space company SpaceX are facing three federal investigations regarding compliance with national security reporting regulations, according to The New York Times. The investigations were initiated by the US Air Force, the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Deputy Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. The report cites information from eight individuals with knowledge of SpaceX operations and internal company documents. The report alleges that Musk and SpaceX have repeatedly failed to adhere to federal reporting protocols intended to protect national secrets, including not disclosing details of his meetings with foreign leaders. This isn't the first time Musk's handling of SpaceX security has been questioned by the Pentagon. In 2018, Musk's public smoking of marijuana during a show with comedian Joe Rogan triggered a review of his security clearance. The latest report claims the US Air Force recently denied Musk's application for high-level security access due to potential security risks. Even US allies like Israel have expressed concerns that the SpaceX owner might be sharing sensitive data. Musk has yet to comment on the issue. SpaceX, renowned for its successful space missions, is now facing significant pressure to demonstrate its full compliance with security protocols to ensure that national secrets are not exposed to external threats.
