San Antonio's Adobo Throwdown Cooking Competition and Food Expo is back for a second year — and it's expanding to cover two days.-style assessment of local chefs’ takes on Filipino adobo as the centerpiece of a gathering that also included vendors, kids' activities, dance and live music performances.

Proceeds from the event, which will take place at the Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, will benefit the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce’s humanitarian campaigns.
