IPOH: Mahkamah Sesyen hari ini menetapkan 16 Julai bagi sebutan semula kes rogol pembantu rumah warga Indonesia membabitkan Adun Tronoh, Paul Yong Choo Kiong.

“Kes ini bawah kod kakitangan kerajaan tetapi hampir setahun masih belum berjalan lagi dan mangsa juga masih dalam perlindungan,” katanya. “Pihak pendakwaan mohon tarikh bicara ditetapkan namun demikian hakim mahkamah bersetuju menetapkan tarikh sebutan semula terlebih dulu memandangkan rayuan disediakan dan dihantar ke Mahkamah Persekutuan, tunggu tarikh sahaja,” katanya.
