A search is officially underway to locate a missing radioactive capsule lost between Perth and the Pilbara region.
It’s been confirmed the capsule can’t be weaponised, though it could cause serious health problems if not handled safely.
Cleanup crews are searching for the silver capsule measuring six by eight millimetres along a stretch of highway near Newman.Authorities are continuing to investigate how the capsule went missing.
