"I'd like to hear how you'll approach seeking technical expertise to inform that decision making," he asked."I think that that would be the primary mechanism by which if the court were to decide to hear a case concerning a matter that involved some technical expertise," she said.

He added that Jackson is"doing a pretty good job of defending her own position and answering questions."
