Savers Value Village Inc. SVV has set terms for its initial public offering, in which the Bellevue, Wash.-based thrift store operator is looking to raise up to $318.8 million and be valued at up to $2.73 billion. The company said it will offer 18.75 million shares for sale in the IPO, which is expected to price between $15 and $17 a share. The terms come about 18 months after the company’s original S-1 IPO filing.
The company are looking to go public at a time of heavy relative interest in the group, as strength in the broader market drive investors toward more risky markets. The Renaissance IPO exchange-traded fund IPO has run up 29.6% year to date, while the S&P 500 SPX has tacked on 14.4%.
