Sasha banks on Azmin’s track record to win Bukit Antarabangsa FMTNews FMTEng
Sasha Lyna Abdul Latif said she used to accompany Azmin Ali on his visits to Bukit Antarabangsa to meet with the constituents.
The Bersatu legal and constitution bureau deputy chairman said she was confident that Azmin’s reputation as the former Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman for three terms would give her an advantage over Pakatan Harapan candidate Kamri Kamarudin and Muda’s Melanie Ting. “Before the Selangor state assembly was dissolved, I accompanied Azmin while he was serving Bukit Antarabangsa, so the voters are familiar with me.
She also denied claims that Azmin was running for a “safe seat” Hulu Kelang due to his failure to defend the Gombak seat in GE15.
