Sarawak tourism minister hopeful after Budget funding announcement

THE RM600 million funding for the tourism sector through Penjana tourism financing and BPMB rehabilitation scheme will help Sarawak tourism, according to state tourism, arts and culture minister Abdul Karim Hamzah. Karim said the personal income tax waiver for domestic tourism will encourage more visibility at international level.
