The other seven candidates included on the list were former President Rodrigo Duterte, who placed fourth , former Senator Manny Pacquiao , Senator Robin Padilla , former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno , President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. , Senator Imee Marcos , and Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos .
