SIKAP Menteri Besar Kedah Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor terhadap DAP dan kerajaan negeri Pulau Pinang pimpinannya tidak akan membantu menyelesaikan krisis air yang teruk di Kedah, kata Lim Guan Eng.
