Capital A's in-flight catering and beverage subsidiary, Santan, has partnered with Soft Space Sdn. Bhd., a global leader in Financial-as-a-Service (FaaS) technology, to enhance its in-flight retail solution, Fasspos. The upgraded system features Zebra Technologies' enterprise-grade ET45 tablets, boasting larger displays, user-friendly navigation, and advanced Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, significantly reducing transaction time by over 50%. This allows cabin crew to focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth delivery of Santan's special meals and beverages.
