San Juan County is making a move to a 32-hour work week for county employees as they struggle with employee recruitment and retention.
stated it “is confident that employees will continue to provide the same quality of service and output the public has come to expect. “The county added it will “conduct periodic reviews to ensure services are being maintained.to the public and hold regular hours of operation.
However, some departments may adjust their hours or close one day a week.
