Ssn Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora administered Agcaoili's oath of office together with San Juan City Rep. Bel Zamora and other city government officials during its flag-raising ceremony at the city hall.
"While we continue to mourn the untimely passing of my dear friend Vice Mayor Warren Villa, the Office of the Vice Mayor must continue to function. I have full confidence in Coun. Agcaoili to fill the void left by our late Vice Mayor and carry on his legacy," Zamora explained."Mga kababayan, buong pagpapakumbaba kong tinatanggap ang aking bagong katungkulan bilang inyong pangalawang punong lungsod.
